Romiley Road Local History

Hi,

The website is obviously still very much a work in progress and I have A LOT of information to add. Eventually the plan is for every household on Romiley Road to have at least some information on here.

If I decide to do another street project, I'm planning to upload things here as I go.

Welcome to the group! This is the place to discuss the Romiley Road project and book (not yet published!) or to talk more generally about the local history of Romiley and the surrounding areas.

If you have any interesting memories about growing up in the area or you know some of the families who lived in Romiley during the Victorian era, this is the place to share.
